Secure Identity, powered by Safran Morpho, provides digital login services for citizens. We are currently in a pilot phase, but soon being migrated to an operational mode. Secure Identity is looking for a Service Manager with IT knowledge in Identity & Access Management, and experience in building the trusted services organization and supporting helpdesk services. This role gives you the opportunity to co-shape our service in the market, managing the customer service desk, web portal and customer reports

 

responsibilities

Your main task is to build our Digital ID service in operational mode:

  • set up customer service desk (first line support).
  • communication with 2nd and 3rd line support.
  • 1st point of contact related to SLA’s trusted services.
  • define and implement operational trusted services processes, including ITIL processes.
  • monitor, register, solve IT issues with the customer.
  •  operate customer web portal.
  •  support compliance and security.
  • integrate & test changes from R&D to a live production environment.
  • organize back-office support.
  • support technical roadmap (R&D).
  • attend operational meetings with the customer.
  •  responsible for the development, delivery and improvement of reports.

 

We are looking for

  • 5-7 years’ experience in ICT service management, ITIL.
  • hands on, self-starter, analytic skills, customer oriented.
  • knowledge of and enthusiastic about: trusted services (PKI), Digital ID, information & security technology, biometrics, smartphones, ITIL.
  • languages: Dutch & English.
